Official operational guidelines governing Cargo Intake, Storage, Demurrage, Dispatch, and Refunds.
To guarantee transparency, seamless handling, and reliable logistics between China and Ghana, please review our official shipping terms across receiving, warehouse storage, dispatch, and refund policies. These conditions govern all consignments entrusted to Blue Sprint Cargo and Logistics.
All items delivered to our Guangzhou, Foshan City warehouse are processed under standard international ocean freight handling terms outlined below.
All goods sent to our China warehouse must carry the correct customer shipping mark (Name, Account Number & Ghana Contact Number) clearly inscribed on every outer carton. Blue Sprint Cargo and Logistics shall not be liable for cargo misidentification, warehousing delays, or misplaced packages resulting from missing or incorrect shipping marks.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their respective suppliers dispatch the correct products, quantities, dimensions, and specifications to our China warehouse facility.
Standard warehouse intake confirms physical parcel receipt only. It does not constitute automatic verification of internal product quality, authenticity, technical specifications, working condition, or item counts.
Customers and suppliers must ensure consignments are export-packaged to withstand ocean transit. Where factory packaging is fragile or inadequate, professional wooden crating, palletizing, or repacking may be required at applicable standard fees.
Customers must accurately declare shipment contents prior to dispatch. In accordance with our Restricted Commodities Policy, items classified as sensitive, hazardous, or requiring special handling—including standalone lithium batteries, flammable liquids, pressurized sprays, industrial chemicals, powders, strong magnets, and counterfeit replicas—require advance approval. Undeclared hazardous goods will be rejected or impounded at customer liability.
Where visible outer package damage, crushed cartons, or broken manufacturer seals are detected upon intake, the customer will be promptly notified via WhatsApp or Telegram with timestamped photographic evidence. The customer must respond with instructions within 48 hours; otherwise, Blue Sprint may secure or hold the package to prevent secondary loss. Blue Sprint is not liable for preexisting supplier damage.
Consolidation of packages from multiple Chinese vendors is executed strictly per customer instructions. The customer assumes all costs and risks regarding staggered supplier deliveries, vendor production delays, package count discrepancies between vendors, and manufacturer packing deficiencies. Blue Sprint will securely merge parcels once all batches arrive.
Strict cargo release, invoice settlement, storage grace periods, and abandoned goods forfeiture rules apply at our Ghana warehouse.
All ocean freight, customs clearance, handling, and ancillary invoices must be settled in full (100%) prior to the release of cargo for customer pickup or onward local dispatch.
Blue Sprint Cargo and Logistics will not be held liable for damages resulting from weak, substandard, or deficient packaging originating from the supplier or manufacturer at source.
Consignments benefit from a complimentary three (3) calendar days grace period upon arrival notification at our Ghana warehouse. Packages unclaimed after this grace period will attract a mandatory daily demurrage fee of GHS 100 per consignment/CBM per day until fully collected.
After thirty (30) consecutive days of unclaimed storage (twenty-seven [27] days beyond the 3-day grace period), uncollected goods will be legally classified as Abandoned Cargo. Blue Sprint Cargo and Logistics reserves the express right to auction, dispose of, or liquidate abandoned goods to recover outstanding freight, storage demurrage, customs duties, and administrative costs without further notice.
Binding terms between Blue Sprint Cargo and Logistics and the client regarding any goods collected or transported from the Company’s facility.
The Client confirms that all goods presented for dispatch have been checked and approved personally or by an authorized representative before departure. The Client accepts that the items handed over for transport are accurate, intact, and in good order at the moment of collection.
The Client acknowledges that the goods have been placed onto the assigned vehicle correctly, either personally or through third-party couriers/representatives acting on the Client’s direct instructions.
Once loading is completed and dispatch handover is finalized, Blue Sprint Cargo and Logistics ceases to hold custodial responsibility for the cargo. The Company accepts no liability for loss, breakage, transit shortage, theft, or damage occurring after departure from company premises.
Any discrepancies, package count concerns, or physical defects must be reported and recorded before the vehicle departs the Company premises. No post-dispatch complaints or claims will be entertained once the consignment has exited our facility.
These terms and conditions and all operational policies shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Acceptance of delivery or dispatch confirmation constitutes the Client’s unconditional agreement to these terms.
Clear guidelines on refund eligibility, non-refundable third-party carrier costs, and administrative reconciliation procedures.
